What Is State Assessment Data?
ThinkKits ingests student proficiency results from state-mandated assessments in our initial 5 states. This data shows what percentage of students at each school are scoring at or above proficiency in math and reading/ELA — the key indicator of academic need and intervention opportunity.

How to Use It
- Search for any school in a covered state
- Open the school profile
- Click "Assessment Data" or "Student Performance" tab
- View proficiency rates by grade and subject
- Compare against state and district averages
- Export data for presentations or grant applications

Filter for schools with <30% proficiency → these are prime targets for intervention materials and supplemental instruction.
Target Intervention-Ready Districts
Districts with declining scores + available Title I funding = highest purchase likelihood.
