How to Use It
- Open Award Tracker from the sidebar under the Funding Suite.
- Search by district or school name to load the last 5 years of federal awards.
- Review the summary cards showing total awards, obligations, outlays, and year-over-year trend.
- Click any program row to see award details, including amounts and status.
- Use the benchmark tab to compare against state and national averages.
- Export the data as CSV or PDF for reports and presentations.
Tips
- Watch for gaps between obligations and outlays — unspent money may indicate capacity issues or upcoming opportunities.
- Use year-over-year trends to predict next year's allocation patterns.
- Cross-reference with Funding Engine scores to identify programs where your school qualifies but has not received awards.
