Canceling Your Subscription

How to cancel, what happens next, and alternatives you may not know about.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your ThinkKits account.
  2. Go to Account Settings.
  3. Click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription.
  5. Complete the brief exit survey (this helps us improve).

You can also cancel by emailing billing@thinkkits.com with your account email address.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to your plan's features until then. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in the billing cycle.

After the billing period ends, your account automatically downgrades to the free Explorer plan. You can still log in, but paid features will be locked.

What Happens to Your Data

For full data retention details, see our Data Retention Policy.

Alternatives to Canceling

Before you cancel, you may want to consider these options:

Pause for 30 Days

Take a break without losing your plan. Your subscription is paused and billing stops for 30 days, then resumes automatically.

Downgrade to a Lower Plan

If you don't need all your current features, switch to a lower tier instead of canceling entirely. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Both options are available during the cancellation flow. You can also reach out to billing@thinkkits.com to discuss options.

Reactivating Your Account

You can resubscribe at any time from the billing portal. Your previous watchlists, reports, and account data will be restored when you upgrade from the free plan.

Refund Policy

ThinkKits does not issue partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle. For full details, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
