Deadline Countdown gives you a visual board of countdown timers for every upcoming funding deadline relevant to your school. Each card shows days remaining, program name, and estimated award amount, color-coded by urgency so you instantly see what needs attention.

Who It's For
Educators and grant writers managing multiple application timelines. Particularly useful during heavy deadline seasons (fall and spring) when multiple programs overlap.
How to Use It
- Open Deadline Countdown from the sidebar under the Funding Suite.
- Review the countdown board showing all upcoming deadlines sorted by urgency.
- Red cards indicate 7 days or less. Yellow is 7-30 days. Green is 30+ days out.
- Filter by program type or funding amount to focus on the most relevant deadlines.
- Click any card to see full program details and start the application.
Tips
- Check this view daily during peak application seasons to stay ahead of deadlines.
- Use it alongside the Funding Calendar for both timeline and urgency perspectives.
- Focus on yellow cards first — they are close enough to be actionable but give you time to prepare quality applications.
