The Inventory Tracker gives Business-tier users real-time visibility into stock levels, reorder points, and fulfillment status — with two-way Shopify sync for e-commerce orders.

How to Use
- Navigate to the Inventory dashboard from the admin panel
- View the BOM overview with stock status for all 25 component categories
- Click any component to see detailed history (orders, restocks, consumption rate)
- Set reorder points per component based on lead time and order frequency
- Connect Shopify via the Integrations settings page for automatic sync
Track your consumption rate over time to optimize reorder quantities. The system calculates a rolling 30-day average — if you're selling 10 K-2 kits per month and each uses 2 base-ten block sets, you need at least 20 in stock plus lead time buffer.
