Lead Finder lets vendors build targeted school lists based on real data. Filter by state, district, FRL rate, enrollment, Title I status, and other criteria. Each school is scored against your ideal customer profile (ICP), and results are ranked by fit.
Export lists as CSV for CRM import or use the built-in outreach tools to start engagement directly from ThinkKits.

How to Use It
- Open Lead Finder from the sidebar under the Vendor Intelligence Suite.
- Set your filters: state, district size, FRL rate range, enrollment range, Title I status, and more.
- Review the results summary showing total matches, average ICP score, and estimated funding potential.
- Sort the results table by any column: ICP score, enrollment, FRL rate, or funding gap.
- Click any school to open its full profile for deeper research.
- Use checkboxes to select schools, then click "Export" to download as CSV.
Tips
- Start broad and narrow down. Overly specific initial filters may exclude strong prospects.
- Use the ICP score to prioritize outreach rather than trying to contact every match.
- Cross-reference your list with the Coverage Map to check geographic clustering and plan travel.
