The Firewall Promise

Educators trust us with their schools. We protect that trust absolutely. Aligned with the SDPC National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA) v2.1.

Your Data Stays Yours

We never sell, share, or expose your school profile, search history, or usage data to any vendor — ever.

Public Data Only

Everything you see about schools comes from public federal sources: NCES Common Core of Data, USASpending.gov, EDGAR, and EDEN. Not from educator activity on this platform.

How Our Data Works

ThinkKits operates two separate Neo4j knowledge graph databases that connect via state and framework codes — but they never share behavioral data.

When vendors see intelligence about schools, it comes from the same public sources educators use. The graph finds opportunities by connecting public data points — it does NOT expose educator behavior to vendors.

Our Data Sources

Every data point vendors see comes from these verified public sources:

Source Type URL
NCES Common Core of Data (CCD) School demographics, enrollment, Title I status nces.ed.gov/ccd
USASpending.gov Federal grants and contracts usaspending.gov
EDGAR Federal funding reports and allocations ed.gov/fund/grant
EDEN State assessment results and accountability data ed.gov/edfacts
State DOEs Funding programs, curriculum standards, adoption data State-specific department of education websites

Student Data & NDPA Alignment

No FERPA-protected student data of any kind is collected, stored, or processed on this platform. All data is aggregated at the school or district level from public sources. We do not collect student PII, behavioral data, or individual records. ThinkKits aligns with the SDPC National Data Privacy Agreement v2.1 — districts may request co-signature at no charge.
