This includes the NCES Common Core of Data (CCD), USASpending award indexes, EDGAR funding transcripts, and EDEN state assessment databases. ThinkKits strictly rejects the collection, storage, or transmission of student personally identifiable information. In accordance with FERPA and COPPA guidelines, our data models operate at the aggregated institutional or district level only. We are active supporters of the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) and maintain full alignment with the National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA v2.1) parameters.
